BORONGAN CITY -- Heeding the call for volunteers -- Eastern Samar National Comprehensive High School's students and teachers join the fray in the five-day 'Seawall Art Walk Painting' at Baybay Boulevard, spanning from June 2-5.

This is in celebration of the Art Week of Borongan City's Charter Month, where ESNCHSians along with local artists paint a 100-meter stretch of the boulevard, following the theme: Resilience in Faith, Nature and Environment.

The school initiative was led by teachers from the STEM department headed by Celestie Apita, with the help of Janelle Yu from the ABM Department. While teachers like Nickle Rey Cañete urged students in his class to participate in the event which was furthered by co-faculty members.

Furthermore known to have its art-focused program, students from the Special Program of the Arts (SPA) along with other handpicked student artists were spurred on by OIC - Assistant Principal, Dean Ernest Paul Hermano, to exhibit their talents.
